Sources and methods of data collection

Data for the Agricultural Census 2020 are collected directly from census units and from administrative data sources. Census units are private family farms and business entities and parts of business entities that perform agricultural activities.

Enumerators collect data on private family farms using the computer assisted personal interview, while data on business entities are collected using the computer assisted web interview, by entering data into the electronic census form.
